Quality Assurance Group

Based on the Decree of the Chancellor of the State University of Jakarta No.844/UN39/KP.08.01/2021 concerning the Amendment to the Attachment to the Decree of the Chancellor of the State University of Jakarta No.532/UN39/KP.08.01/2021 concerning the Quality Assurance Cluster (GPjM) of the Faculty and State University of Jakarta and the Team Quality Assurance (TPjM) of Study Programs at the State University of Jakarta for the Period 2021-2022.

The Quality Assurance Group (GPjM) of the Faculty of State University of Jakarta has the following duties:

  1. Develop various standards and quality points at the faculty/postgraduate/rectorate/institution/bureau/unit level;
  2. Develop special monitoring and evaluation instruments at the faculty/postgraduate rectorate/institution/bureau/unit level;
  3. Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of quality assurance in faculties/ postgraduates/ rectorates/ institutions/ bureaus/ units;
  4. Coordinate the preparation and implementation of external and international accreditation of study programs;
  5. Implement quality cycle coordination (PPEPP) and improve quality standards at the faculty/postgraduate/rectorate/institution/bureau/unit level;
  6. Coordinate the database of faculty/postgraduate/rectorate/institution/bureau/unit level;
  7. Seeking solutions for academic excellence;
  8. Prepare periodic reports and recommendations to the leadership.

The Study Program Quality Assurance Team (TPjM) has the following duties:

  1. Develop various procedures and specifications for study programs;
  2. Develop monitoring and evaluation instruments that are specific to the study program;
  3. Provide input in preparing study program quality standards;
  4. Setting up a database at the study program level;
  5. Prepare SPMI Form documents;
  6. Prepare accreditation and legality of study programs;
  7. Carry out academic quality assurance according to procedures;
  8. Applicable academic standards and policies;
  9. Develop study program quality standards based on monitoring and evaluation results;
  10. Prepare periodic reports and recommendations to the person in charge of GPjM;
  11. Provide updating of PDDIKTI data and other data needed for accreditation, achievement indicators, and others.
