Applications for borrowing equipment must be submitted no later than 1 (three) days before the date of use or the date of implementation of the activity.
- Scan the Tool Loan Form in the Laboratory Technician room
- Fill in and complete each column clearly and correctly.
- If the tool is available, the Laboratory Technician will confirm that the request has been received.
- Tools can be taken according to the time the tool is borrowed on the Tool Loan Form
- Return the tool according to the tool return time on the Tool Return Form
- Any damage and loss to the equipment borrowed is the responsibility of the Applicant.
